ERA OakCrest Realty, I have many years of experience, nearly 20 in the real estate industry.  I currently hold licenses in The Commonwealth of Virginia and West Virginia.  Concentration mainly in education, making sure that my clients are well protected in every aspect in an industry that constantly changes.  Current professional designations in GRI (Graduate of the REALTOR® Institute), ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) and CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert).  Prior to becoming an agent, I was an account rep for an international bank, managing over 250 mortgage brokers.  My background in management and years of experience provide me with knowledge and ability to remain level headed in any situation.  I reside with my wife and two precious children in Stephens City, VA.  I specialize in NEW CONSTRUCTION and RESALE RESIDENTIAL PROPERTIES.  Currently sit on the Public Policy Committee for The Commonwealth of Virginia Association of REALTORS® and the President Elect for Blue Ridge Association of REALTORS®
